SLTB lamellar flap disc

The SLTB lamellar flap disc is particularly robust thanks to the steel backing plate, which prevents tool breakage. Thanks to its multi-layered abrasive coating, the flap disc is always as sharp as when it was first used: when the upper flaps wear out, fresh abrasive coating from the flaps below is exposed. This ensures a long service life with consistent work quality. No blue discolouration occurs due to the optimised heat dissipation. This means less reworking is required. The special resin bond enables safe working even at high speeds and temperature.
