Convolute Wheels

The convolute wheels are obtained with the “spiral” winding and the simultaneous compression, chemical bonding and gluing of the material around the central fiber core in order to make the wheel very compact.

They are produced using either “non-woven fabric” with aluminium oxide or silicon carbide.

• They have greater cutting power
• They maintain the shape better than the normal NWF flaps even on complex parts
• The abrasive regenerates automatically during processing, maintaining a constant cutting power and finishing capacity
• They can be used in sequence with different combinations of grains
• They can be produced with different densities according to the surface to be worked
