Nothing is more valuable than face-to-face interaction. With EISENmatch, the EISENWARENMESSE – International Hardware Fair has created a new dialogue platform for exhibitors and retailers.

As a Top buyer from a leading company, this unique matchmaking service is your opportunity to connect directly with relevant exhibitors at the trade fair. The target groups include traditional specialist retailers and industrial B2B companies as well as large-scale retailers, technical suppliers and online platforms.

To facilitate one-on-one discussions, a dedicated area with special meeting booths will be set up at the EISENWARENMESSE - International Hardware Fair on 4 and 5 March 2024. These meeting booths offer separate spaces, ensuring a quiet environment for conversations without interruptions within the fair grounds.

You will be assigned a booth where you can conduct scheduled meetings during specific time slots. Each time slot lasts 15 minutes and costs EUR 199.00 for exhibitors. Internet connection and beverages for the meetings are included free of charge. An on-site hostess will also be available to ensure that everything runs smoothly.

Booking process:

  1. All participating Top buyers will be featured on www.eisenwarenmesse.com starting January 2024. You will have the opportunity to introduce your company with a logo and brief description.
  2. Registered exhibitors eligible for the service may book a time slot with you.
  3. Bookings will be coordinated with you in advance and you will also have the option of declining them. In addition, you will receive a personalised schedule of meetings, which will be included on the website.
  4. Appointments will be coordinated through Koelnmesse.
