1. Reducing torsional resistance around 15 ~ 80%.

    XDC is a special double cutting with angle (slope).
    The sawdust will be discharged very quickly and smooth due to the special design, and the powder of wood will NOT
    jam.

2. Increasing pull-out strength.

    When screw drill into the wood and inside the wood, the sawdust will fill in the grooves. When the screw drills deeper,
    the wood chips will be squeezed tighter and finally wood chips will be like solid wood and stick with the wall of original
    wood. 
    It will be more difficult to pull out the screw.

3. Prevents wood from cracking.

    TPF-XDC point can discharge the sawdust quickly.
    Therefore, the sawdust barely has any chance to push and put pressure on the inner wall of wood hole.

4. Quick start.

    TPF-XDC point’s special slope design gets to keep the first thread of screw, compared with screws with Type 17 point.
    By keeping the first thread, the screws drill into the wood in very short time.
    In Type 17, the first thread is cut away. Therefore, users have to push harder to let the second thread of type 17 point
    digging into the wood.

5. No pre-drilling hole requirement.

    Screws with a sharp point and a XDC cutting can be used on hardwood and soft wood easily.
