Caulking Gun (SSF-SRD-330X)

SSF-SRD-330X is suitable for 310-330ml cartridge. It has patented quick switch 12:1 to 24:1 thrust ratio system. For low and medium visocity materials (e.g. silicone & latex), switch to 12:1 thrust ratio. For medium and high viscosity materials(PU sealant), switch to 24:1 thrust ratio allowing users easily dispense the sealant. It could be as a weather swith. Take dispensing silicone in different weather for instance. When using silicone in summer, only switch to 12:1 thrust ratio can extrude the sealant well. However, when using it in winter, the viscosity of silicone will be influenced by the temperature to get stiff, under this circustance, switch the thrust ratio to 24:1, users can dispense it more easy on hand.

Its patented quick switch drip/ non-drip system (3-stage) allows to let users choose their preference depending on their caulking application.

Moreover, it has a patented 360° rotary type of steel argon welding carriage due to the patented washer design we develop on it.                                                                     

The carriage or handle can be rotated 360-degree smoothly when you caulk meets around corners or turns. No matter how you rotate it, the feel will be the same. 

The key to make it precise dispensing is the patented no trigger gaps design function which is the function that we develop at our flagship version premium series. When there is too much free play on the trigger, it will automatically have no free play on the trigger. Even though it's used for a long term, the trigger still has no free play. That is, when users squeeze the trigger, the sealants will immediately extrude out. 

Moreover, we has developed a patented rod puller with a detachable cartridge cutter. It combines the function of cutter and puller. when you need to cut the nozzles or nipples of cartridge cutter, just open it for cutting. It can also be detached from the puller for individual use.
