V4 Master lamellar flap disc

This extremely aggressive and durable V4 Master lamellar flap disc with sickle-shaped flaps and zirconium aluminium oxide is the perfect alternative to grinding discs. It is ideal for rounding sharp edges, working on weld seams or flame cuts, e.g. in steel and container construction, in shipyards and offshore or in mechanical and plant engineering. In contrast to rough grinding, the shape and arrangement of the flaps patented by LUKAS enables 50% less noise, less vibration, faster work, more power and better surface results. The flat position of the optimally bonded sickle discs not only increases work safety, it also limits wear on the tool. The outer area of the tool contains a particularly large number of abrasive grains, which results in a particularly high removal rate per minute. Thanks to its multi-layered abrasive coating, this V4 Master lamellar flap disc is also always as sharp as when it was first used: when the upper flaps wear out, fresh abrasive coating from the flaps underneath is exposed. This ensures a long service life and consistent work quality.
Thanks to the self-sharpening effect of the zirconium aluminium oxide, combined with the high hardness and sharpness of the abrasive grain, this tool achieves high stock removal rates and a long service life, particularly on hard and tough materials such as stainless steel. Thanks to its 22.23 mm bore, this V4 Master lamellar flap disc can be used universally on standard angle grinders.
