The outer area of the tool contains a particularly large number of abrasive grains, which results in a particularly high removal rate per minute.
Thanks to its multi-layered abrasive coating, this lamellar flap disc is always as sharp as when it was first used: when the upper flaps wear out, fresh abrasive coating from the flaps below is exposed. This ensures a long service life and consistent work quality. Thanks to the self-sharpening effect of the innovative ceramic abrasive grain, it always remains optimally sharp. Tool changes are required much less frequently - reducing tool costs.
Hardened surfaces, scale, hard coatings and reinforced weld seams are no problem and can be processed in a short time.
